Rhodaus Town

Planning consent was obtained for the design of new student accommodation at the former Peugeot Garage Site, Rhodaus Town, Canterbury.

SCS Ltd initially supplied labour to Phase One and Two, we were then asked to continue our work on Phase Three; where we brought on more experienced tradesmen. Phase Three consisted of producing five hundred and forty contained flats. During the construction phase, we fitted and installed over one thousand seven hundred doors and five hundred kitchens. This could have been a challenge but we had the manpower and experience to cope and complete the work to the tight deadline of the students moving in that year.
